Maintenance on a calendar, not on a crisis

Reactive-only maintenance looks cheaper until the third failure of the winter. Planned preventative maintenance means we survey your plant, log it, and attend on a fixed schedule to service, test and certify it before it potentially fails.

Your contract is priced annually and covers both the mechanical and electrical sides — one contractor, one invoice, one phone number when something does go wrong.

Asset register

What clients usually ask first

Anything not covered here, ring the office — we would rather answer it now than in a tender clarification.

It depends on the asset. Statutory items follow their legal interval — annual gas servicing, five-yearly fixed wire testing, monthly emergency lighting checks. Everything else is set by manufacturer guidance and how hard the plant works. Your plan states every visit and its month before you sign.
Reactive work is charge separately, however we attempt to do a first time fix every time. Parts and any works beyond making safe are quoted and agreed before we proceed, unless you have given us a standing authorisation limit.
Yes — that is the point of using us. Our engineers are Gas Safe registered and we are NICEIC approved, so heating, hot water, ventilation, air conditioning and the full electrical installation sit under one contract.
A job report after every attendance, statutory certificates as they are issued, and an asset register you can hand to an inspector. Everything is dated and filed so a CQC or insurer request does not become a phone call to us.
Usually, yes. We survey the site, take on the asset register from your outgoing contractor where one exists, and rebuild the compliance calendar so nothing slips during the handover.
