One duty holder, one point of blame

Under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, any project with more than one contractor needs a principal contractor. That role is not paperwork — it is legal responsibility for planning, managing and monitoring the construction phase.

We take on any project, however big or small and cover all trades such as; decorating, joinery, nurse call systems, air conditioning, fire doors, gas and mechanical works and many more.

How a project runs

Five stages, each with a named contact and a document you receive. No stage starts before the last one is signed off.

Heating & hot water

We review the scope, visit the site and identify the constraints that will shape the programme.

You receive: survey notes

Proposal

Priced scope, programme, phasing options and the trades we intend to appoint.

You receive: fixed proposal

Pre-construction

Construction phase plan written, notifications made, materials procured and ordered.

You receive: CPP & programme

04

Handover

Commissioning, client demonstration, certification and the health and safety file issued.

You receive: H&S file & O&Ms
