Reactive Maintenance
If find yourselves in the unfortunate position where your plant/equipment has broken down. Our reactive facilities maintenance service focuses on restoring your plant to operating condition as close to normal as possible. ADS can provide a last-minute response and will have a skilled engineer with you within three hours. We operate throughout the Northwest and our engineers have an extensive range of critical spares on board their vehicles which ensures a focus on first time fix. Using our vehicle tracking system we can provide ‘real-time’ updates to our clients giving you peace of mind and immediate reassurance that we are on our way.
Survey/Upgrade & Installation Service
ADS offer one off survey reports. These will identify which items of mechanical and electrical plant and systems do not meet safety standards. Our M & E surveys will include the isolation of mechanical plant and electrical circuits for detailed inspection tests. A condition report will be produced based on an A – D category. The survey/condition report which will cover each aspect of your plant/equipment and will outlining repair/replace costs and to identify the items life expectancy. This will be recorded and monitored on our systems.
The benefits of conducting M & E surveys are huge and it is important to evaluate the mechanical electrical plant systems and advise upon the condition and suitability for ongoing use and life expectancy. Surveys will identify any significant defects that will adversely affect performance and efficiency of the building. They also help to prioritise and recommend maintenance actions and identification of critical spares.
The survey will cover:
- Detailed description of the plant and systems installed within the buildings
- The condition of the plant components. A – as new, B – operationally safe with minor deterioration, C – Operational but major deterioration and in need of repair or replacement, D- unsafe or inoperable or series risk of failure or breakdown.
- Key issues and defects of the systems or plant.
- List of accessible and inaccessible areas
- Recommendations for further inspection.
- Photographs of defects with problems highlighted
- Cost of repair and or renewal and an estimate of time remaining before the part will break down (five-year projection).
- Engineer notes will describe the fault and any corrective work necessary.
- Lifespan of current or new part/plant
- We will grade the urgency of work necessary from 1 – 4. Priority 1 = urgent, Priority 2 – essential, Priority 3 – desirable or Priority 4 – long term work.
Annual Service
ADS provide commercial gas safety certificates for businesses Nationwide. We are Gas Safe registered and have a team of safety experts who can provide a gas safety certificate for your business ensuring you are compliant with insurances and health and safety requirements.
It is a legal requirement for commercial properties to have an annual gas and electric safety checks of gas or electrical appliances. Why not combine it with an annual boiler/electrical circuits service to ensure your building is running smoothly and efficiently.
